HOW WE WORK

Platform-agnostic engineering, platform-specific delivery

Automation patterns transfer across SOAR platforms. Approval gates, enrichment pipelines, evidence trails, and integration design look the same whether the platform is Cortex XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, or Tines. RDX engineers learn the pattern first and the platform second, which is why migrations between platforms are a core service rather than a special case.

Delivery is still platform-specific. Every engagement is staffed with engineers who have built on the platform in question, and every platform claim on this page is reviewed as our bench and certifications change.
